Platform Usage Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings specified below, unless the context requires otherwise:

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Receh69. Your continued use of this platform following any changes to the Terms signifies your acceptance of those changes.

To register for and use Receh69's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and at all times when using the platform
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from using online gambling services
• Register using your own real identity – registering on behalf of another person is not permitted
• Only hold one (1) Receh69 account active at any given time

3.1 Registration Information

When registering a Receh69 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and a secure password. Receh69 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as your MyKad) at any time for verification purposes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Receh69 account password confidential. Never share your password with anyone. Receh69 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.

• Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security
• Do not log in to your Receh69 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices

3.3 One Account Per Member

Each individual may only hold one Receh69 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Receh69 only accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods. All foreign or unlisted payment methods are not accepted:

• DuitNow – Direct transfer via phone number or bank account number
• FPX Online Banking – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and other Malaysian banks
• Touch 'n Go eWallet – Instant deposit via the TnG app
• GrabPay – Via the Grab Malaysia app
• Boost – Via the Boost eWallet app
• ShopeePay – Via the Shopee Malaysia app

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit limit is RM10 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit varies depending on the chosen payment method and account verification level. Receh69 reserves the right to set and adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by Receh69 within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen method and time of request. The following withdrawal conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the member's own name
• Receh69 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing large withdrawal amounts
• Bonus rollover requirements must be met before a withdrawal is permitted if you have an active bonus balance

Receh69 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, parlay bonuses, and special promotions for select sporting events such as the Thomas Cup or EPL matches.

5.1 Rollover Requirements (Wagering Requirements)

All bonuses at Receh69 are subject to rollover requirements. This means you must wager a specified amount before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover requires total bets of RM1,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Specific rollover requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion
• Rollovers must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 7–30 days)
• Cancelled, void, or drawn bets may not count towards rollover calculations
• Receh69 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus if the rollover requirements are not met within the specified period

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Receh69 employs an advanced detection system to identify bonus abuse. The following actions are considered abuse and may result in account termination and forfeiture of bonuses:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) to fulfil rollover requirements with minimal risk
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the bonus system

This section sets out the general rules governing all Sports Betting on Receh69, covering football including the EPL and Malaysia Super League, BWF World Tour badminton, NBA basketball, Grand Slam tennis, IPL cricket, Formula 1, and all other available sports.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Receh69 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet without reason. A bet is only considered accepted once digital confirmation is received by Receh69's system and a bet reference number is displayed to the member.

6.2 Odds Changes

Displayed odds are for reference only and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Receh69 operates a real-time odds system and accepts no responsibility for any discrepancies arising from technical issues or network delays.

6.3 Interrupted or Postponed Matches

• If a match is postponed and resumes within 24 hours, all bets remain valid
• If a match is cancelled or cannot be concluded within 24 hours, pre-match bets will be voided and stakes refunded
• For live betting, only bets on unsettled markets are eligible for voiding

6.4 Errors & Odds Anomalies

Receh69 reserves the right to void any bets placed on clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical or human error. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the member's account without interest.

All casino games on Receh69 – including live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo, and other table games – use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently verified by a third-party body.

7.1 Game Fairness

Receh69 is committed to ensuring all games are fair and transparent. The RNG used in our casino games has undergone independent testing and certification to ensure that all outcomes are completely random and cannot be manipulated.

7.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, Receh69 will determine the outcome based on transaction records in our database. Receh69's decision in such matters is final. If the disruption prevents a game from being completed, the wagered amount will be returned to the member's account.

As a Receh69 member, you agree to use this platform in a responsible and lawful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited on Receh69:

• Using the Receh69 platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing other users or Receh69 staff
• Using unauthorised third-party software, including bots, automation scripts, or manipulation tools
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account
• Submitting false claims or providing misleading information to Receh69
• Attempting to exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities within the Receh69 platform

Receh69 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, if any of the above prohibitions are violated.

9.1 Termination by Member

You may close your Receh69 account at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@receh69.im. Prior to closure, any eligible withdrawal balance may be requested. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.

9.2 Termination by Receh69

Receh69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Bonus abuse or any attempt to exploit or manipulate the Receh69 bonus system
• Member found to be under 18 years of age
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities

All content on the Receh69 platform — including logos, trade names, designs, text, graphics, software, source code, user interfaces, and all visual elements — is the exclusive property of Receh69 and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, or republishing any Receh69 content without written permission
• Using Receh69's name, logo, or trademarks in any context without authorisation
• Reverse engineering any software or source code belonging to Receh69
• Creating derivative works based on Receh69 content without prior authorisation

Receh69 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Receh69 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the platform
• Loss of opportunity or anticipated profits resulting from technical disruptions
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account
• Inaccuracies or errors in information provided by third parties

Receh69 is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on your use of this platform. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risks, and you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.

12.1 Changes to Terms

Receh69 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification on Receh69 at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
